Why This Reference Exists

Santa Clara Superior Court publishes public case information, and the County Assessor connects addresses with parcel and document data without offering an owner-name search. California agencies manage voter, license, business, and statewide vital-record systems. Los Gatos Library supplies directories and local-history material. The goal is to organize the official search tools, contacts, and access rules that belong to each custodian.
